1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Blue Broadband ("Blue Broadband," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of all internet, wireless broadband, fibre optic, IPTV, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Blue Broadband in Trinidad and Tobago.
By activating an account, making a payment, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into this Agreement, and accept all terms and conditions set out herein.
2. Services provided
Blue Broadband provides the following services, subject to technical availability and geographic coverage in your area:
All services are subject to availability in the Cleaver Heights area of Trinidad and Tobago. We reserve the right to modify, expand, reduce, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without prior notice.
3. Account registration
To access our Services, you must register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, address, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Pricing and payment
All service fees are quoted in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due on or before the due date specified on your invoice. Blue Broadband accepts payment via:
For bank transfers, payment is not considered received until the Customer provides proof of payment via WhatsApp. Failure to provide proof of payment may result in delayed reconnection or continued service suspension.
5. Service suspension and reconnection
Blue Broadband reserves the right to suspend your service without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Service will be restored upon full payment of all outstanding balances and confirmation of payment. Reconnection is not automatic and is subject to Blue Broadband's processing time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal, and residential purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Violation of this section may result in immediate service suspension or termination without refund and without prior notice.
7. Unauthorised resale and network abuse
Blue Broadband's services are provided exclusively for use by the registered account holder at the registered service address. The resale, redistribution, subletting, or sharing of the Services for commercial gain or for the benefit of third parties outside the registered premises is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from Blue Broadband.

8. Termination
Termination by the Customer: You may terminate your service at any time by providing written notice via email or WhatsApp. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a prepaid billing period.

Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. All outstanding fees remain payable in full regardless of the reason for termination.
9. Refund policy
All payments made to Blue Broadband are generally non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered where:
No refunds will be issued for: service interruptions outside Blue Broadband's control; customer-initiated termination mid-cycle; suspension or termination due to non-payment, Terms violation, or unauthorised resale; or dissatisfaction where the Customer's own equipment is the cause.
10. Service availability and interruptions
Blue Broadband will make reasonable commercial efforts to provide continuous service. However, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment failures, or third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary outages. Blue Broadband shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
11. Equipment
Any equipment installed by Blue Broadband at your premises (including ONUs, antennas, cabling, and accessories) remains the property of Blue Broadband unless explicitly sold to you in writing. You must not tamper with, modify, relocate, or attempt to repair any Blue Broadband equipment. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised interference will be charged at full replacement cost.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, Blue Broadband shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services. Blue Broadband's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. OTT streaming services
Blue Broadband offers an OTT (Over-the-Top) streaming add-on as an internet-delivered service resold from independent third-party streaming providers. The following terms apply specifically to this add-on:
14. Force majeure
Blue Broadband shall not be held liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, flooding, hurricanes, severe weather, lightning, fire, power outages, acts of government, civil unrest, pandemic, or failure of third-party infrastructure providers.
15. Privacy
Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described therein. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
16. Amendments
Blue Broadband reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers via email or WhatsApp. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance.
17. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
18. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with any service agreement, invoice, or other documentation provided by Blue Broadband, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blue Broadband and supersede all prior agreements.
