These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the internet services provided by Blue Broadband, including all related websites, software, applications, and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

All payments are due as specified in your billing cycle. In the event of late payments, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services.
 

6. Service Availability and Interruptions

Blue Broadband will make reasonable efforts to ensure that our Services are available to you without interruption. However, we do not guarantee continuous or error-free service, and outages may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or other circumstances. We are not liable for any damages caused by service interruptions.
 

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to Blue Broadband. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these Terms or if your account is inactive for a prolonged period. Upon termination, you are responsible for paying any outstanding fees for Services rendered prior to termination.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Broadband shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any event is limited to the amount you have paid for the Services in the last 3 months.
 

9. Privacy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
 

10. Amendments

Blue Broadband reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
